Tom Satterly served in the U.S. Army for 25 years — including 20 in the elite Delta Force, retiring as a Command Sgt. Major. His first combat mission was the Battle of Mogadishu, Somalia (Black Hawk Down). He personally led a 10,000 person Task Force in Iraq and has been awarded 64 medals, including five Bronze Stars— two with Valor. Included among his missions are some of the country’s most critical and high-profile.

Upon retirement, CSM Satterly continued his service to the country by teaching the next generation of Special Operations war fighters for an elite military contracting firm he helped co-found. He is also Co-Founder and Officer of the All Secure Foundation, which serves Special Operations Warriors and their families heal from the invisible wounds of war.

Jen Satterly is a co-founder of the All Secure Foundation. She was a filmmaker and photographer for 15 years, spending the last three years of her career as co-founder and Director of Film and Photography for an elite Special Operations training company. Jen fully embedded with Navy Seals and Green Berets in realistic training missions around the country. After Jen and Tom married, she began searching for answers to help them both find a way to constructively deal with the chronic pain, severe depression, anger issues and a long list of medical challenges Tom faced post-service. The All Secure Foundation serves Special Operation combat veterans and their families by helping them heal from the invisible wounds of war.

All Secure Foundation provides workshop retreats for Special Operation active duty and veteran combat war fighters and their significant other. The mission is heart and integrity driven. It is, they say, ‘our honor to serve every Special Operation combat veteran, spouse, and child. To strengthen and repurpose their commitment, training, and leadership skills. To empower the integration of each into a powerful and fulfilling life that inspires others to do the same.
